Helper Journey
Build a verifiable career — from sign-up to certified and matched.
Step 1: Download App and Sign Up
Create your account on the Mdadda app. Verify your phone number and select your role as a Helper to begin your journey.
Step 2: Build Your Profile
Add your details, care category skills, work experience, location and working preferences. This feeds directly into your digital CV that you can export and share on WhatsApp or social media.
Step 3: Enrol in the Academy
Browse the course catalogue. Watch expert training videos on YouTube. You can purchase a course yourself, or request sponsorship from a Household or Agent who is backing your growth.
Step 4: Sit Your Certification Exam
Once you've completed all course videos, your exam is unlocked. Pay the exam fee and take the timed assessment. Auto-graded on submission.
Step 5: Earn Your Certificate & Get Matched
Pass and receive your MDC certificate and badges, displayed on your profile. Certified helpers improve their chances of getting better matches through our AI-powered matching system.
