Fund helper training directly from the Portal. When a helper sends a sponsorship request, you can approve and pay via M-PESA or card. Having more qualified helpers helps you earn more by allowing you to charge higher placement fees.

Straight Forward Placement Flow
Mdadda guides the entire placement process: intro messaging, interview coordination, helper acceptance, contracting, digital signing, and fee disbursement.
Replacement Guarantee
The system tracks a 90-day guarantee window. If a placement doesn't work out, agents supply up to 2 free replacements for the same criteria before a new fee is required.
Contracts that write themselves
Every successful placement generates a legally structured tri-party contract — explained to the helper in plain Swahili. All parties sign digitally. The platform notarises and stores the signed copy.
The contract covers
- Start date and monthly payment terms
- Benefits (time off, exceptions, entitlements)
- Termination terms for either party
- Pre-employment training fee settlement (owed to agent; repaid by helper or household over time)
- Course recommendations for post-placement upskilling
- 3-cycle replacement guarantee: up to 2 free replacements within 90 days
